The Supreme Court on Friday sent a third notice within a month to lieutenant governor V K Saxena's office this time on Arvind Kejriwal government's petition accusing him of trying to scuttle the elected government's recommendation for appointment of a retired HC judge as the chairman of Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commision (DERC).
