Delhi witnesses 2nd coolest May day since 2010

May began with dark skies and plentiful rains across the region, with the mercury plunging 13 degrees Celsius below normal, making it the capital's second coolest day of the month since 2010. The maximum temperature at Safdarjung on Monday was 26.1 degrees Celsius, which was also the lowest reported since mid-March this year.
