TDP chief claims jail 'threat', moves court for house remand

Moving his plea before the special ACB court, Chandrababu Naidu, currently lodged in Rajahmundry central prison after his arrest two days ago in an alleged skill development scam, cited his Z+ NSG cover and an earlier attack by Maoists when he was the chief minister. The court will pass orders on his plea Tuesday. The CID also filed a petition seeking his custody, which is yet to be heard.
