3-judge SC bench will decide if PMLA verdict needs relook

The Supreme Court of India has decided to proceed with a hearing to determine whether its previous verdict upholding provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) should be re-examined. The Centre opposed this, arguing that it would set a wrong precedent. The bench clarified that the scope of the hearing was limited and that if the issue needed reconsideration, it would refer the pleas to a larger bench.
