A 6-year-old boy was fatally stabbed and his mother seriously wounded in a hate crime in suburban Chicago. The attack was believed to be motivated by the victims' Muslim faith and tied to the violence in Israel and the Gaza Strip. The 71-year-old landlord targeted the family, who are Palestinian American, and stabbed them repeatedly with a serrated knife.
