At 2+2 meeting, India, US support humanitarian pauses in West Asia

During the 2+2 talks between India and the US, several topics were discussed including Indo-Pacific cooperation, Chinese assertiveness, counterterrorism, and connectivity. The Israel-Hamas conflict was also addressed, with both countries expressing support for Israel against terrorism while calling for adherence to international humanitarian law. They also discussed the need for a two-state solution, zero tolerance to terrorism, and humanitarian assistance to Ukraine.
