Arnold Dix, the president of the International Tunnelling and Underground Space Association, has arrived at the Silkyara tunnel site to assist with the rescue efforts for the trapped workers. Dix, a renowned expert in underground tunnelling, expressed confidence in finding a solution and getting the workers out safely. He praised the strategy, which was proposed by the PMO. He described the successful push of a 6-inch pipe through the collapsed tunnel as a 'significant achievement'.
