A former officer on special duty and four others were booked in a criminal case for allegedly destroying documents and damaging CCTV cameras and furniture at the animal husbandry department office in Hyderabad. The watchman discovered ex-OSD Kalyan Kumar's room ransacked with files strewn on the floor. The CCTV cameras were broken and the DVR cables were disconnected. Police suspect that Kalyan and the other four individuals may have taken away some documents.
