Write in capital letters: Orissa HC to doctors

Orissa high court instructs doctors to write legible postmortem reports and prescriptions in capital letters. The court issued the direction after a non-legible postmortem report in a snakebite death case. The victim's father sought compensation after his plea was rejected. The court asks the chief secretary to issue a circular to all medical centers, clinics, and hospitals to write in proper handwriting or typed form. The court disposes of the petition with a direction to file a fresh representation before the tehsildar.
