PM Narendra Modi spoke of "a very divine experience" after going scuba diving off Gujarat's Panchkui beach on Sunday to spend moments in prayer underwater at the site of ancient submerged city of Dwarka that houses the legend of Krishna. Sitting cross-legged on the seabed in ochre robes and a white diving helmet, Modi offered a tuft of peacock feathers in obeisance to the deity. Navy divers held him to marine seat as PM prayed, eyes closed.
