Talks between Centre and agitating farmers of Punjab and Haryana resumed. Data shows farmers benefited from increased total procurement of paddy and wheat at MSP and farm schemes under NDA govt compared to UPA. Punjab and Haryana witnessed significant increases in paddy and wheat procurement. Govt sources released data to highlight NDA govt's efforts.
