Punjab and Haryana HC issued notice to the Chandigarh administration on a plea by AAP candidate seeking to set aside the municipal corporation mayoral elections. The election result was not stayed, but the UT administration has to submit a reply by Feb 26. AAP will approach the Supreme Court for an early hearing.
