Delhi HC on Monday issued a notice to Centre on plea by French journalist Vanessa Dougnac against her being denied permission to carry out ‘journalistic activities’ in India. Single judge bench of Justice Subramonium Prasad sought Centre’s response through ministries of home affairs and external affairs in a week. The matter will be heard on March 12.
