DGCA's revised rules on pilots' duty, rest time put on hold

Indian aviation regulator has suspended the implementation of new rules on airline pilots' duty and rest time. Airlines can follow the old regulations until new guidelines are approved, after a pilot's tragic death raised concerns about fatigue. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation introduced revised Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) norms to address pilot fatigue.
