There is no official communication yet from the high command about participating in the March 31 rally, but most Punjab Congress leaders are averse to the idea and have instead called for going all-out against Bhagwant Mann-led AAP govt. Despite no tie-up in Punjab, both parties remain part of INDIA bloc at national level, with seat-sharing agreements in Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, Goa and Chandigarh.
