Nishant Agrawal, who was convicted for leaking official secrets to Pakistani intelligence operatives, has appealed his life imprisonment sentence to the Nagpur bench of the Bombay high court. The court has issued notices to the Maharashtra government and other respondents, requesting their responses within two weeks.
