A Dehradun special Pocso court acquitted a 42-year-old man, accused of raping his 15-year-old daughter, after five years in jail. Evidence revealed the girl falsely incriminated him due to his objections to her relationship and school attendance. The court found her allegations instigated by her boyfriend and declared the man innocent last week.
