SC grants pension to 6 SFF temp employees who served 30+ years

The Supreme Court ordered the government to extend sixth pay commission benefits, including pension, to Special Frontier Force personnel who managed savings scheme deposits. These personnel, recruited in the 1970s and treated as temporary, were denied pension upon retirement despite serving over 30 years. The SC found this denial arbitrary and unconstitutional.
