Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit New York this month but will not address the UNGA session, leaving that task to Foreign Minister S Jaishankar on September 28. Modi will participate in the Quad summit in Delaware on September 21 and speak at the 'Summit of the Future' on September 22-23.
