Tension arose in Secunderabad after a bandh by VHP and Bajrang Dal turned violent following the desecration of an idol at Muthyalamma temple. Clashes between protesters and police resulted in injuries. Additional forces were deployed, and the area was cordoned off to maintain law and order.
