In a case related to the 2005 murder of RSS functionary T Ashwini Kumar in Kerala's Kannur district, only one out of 14 accused has been found guilty by the additional district and sessions court. The remaining 13 members of the National Development Front were acquitted due to lack of evidence and investigative flaws.
