Gangster Chhota Rajan was acquitted by a special CBI court in a 21-year-old case due to a key witness's uncertainty about the identity of the threat caller. Rajan was accused of ordering a violent shutdown of a construction site in 2004 after a builder allegedly failed to pay the dues.
