The central agency had got a Red Notice issued against him from Interpol's General Secretariat on Nov 7 last year on the request of Haryana Police. The notice, as per the protocol, was circulated to all member countries for location and arrest of the subject. Following a detailed operation which involved geo-locating and tracking the suspect through Interpol. The subject was identified as Narender Singh.
