After meeting overnight in Chandigarh for their third round of talks, the Centre and farmers will meet again on Sunday to discuss a way forward. The talks are currently stuck on three key demands: legal guarantee to MSP, use of a comprehensive cost formula (C2+50%) to arrive at it, and farm loan waiver.
