Calcutta HC clarified no stay on arrest of TMC leader Sheikh Shahjahan, who evaded authorities since Jan 5. HC stayed CBI-state police probe into attack on ED officers during search operation at his Sandeshkhali home. HC directed state govt to serve notice to Shahjahan.
