The disqualification petition filed by Sharad Pawar faction of NCP against 7 MLAs in Nagaland has been dismissed by Nagaland Legislative Assembly speaker, Sharingain Longkumer, on the ground that Election Commission of India recognized Ajit Pawar as the leader of NCP.
